In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply throughout the document unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

By registering an account, logging in, making any deposit, placing any bet, or engaging with any feature of the a444 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the platform and remains in force for the duration of your membership.

These Terms supersede all prior communications, representations, or arrangements between you and a444, whether written or oral, relating to your use of the platform. No prior agreement, term, or condition shall have any legal effect unless expressly incorporated into these Terms by written amendment.

a444 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall govern in all cases. Any translation provided for convenience purposes does not constitute an authoritative version and shall not be relied upon in any dispute.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active a444 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your membership.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction where access to online betting or casino services is restricted or prohibited by law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an a444 employee, game provider partner, or technology partner.
• You have not previously been excluded from the a444 platform voluntarily or by a444's decision, unless a444 has explicitly reinstated your eligibility in writing.

a444 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension or closure of the relevant account pending verification.

a444 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant or to close any existing account where eligibility conditions are not satisfied or where a444 has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility has been misrepresented.

Each member is permitted to hold exactly one account on the a444 platform. The opening or operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to notify a444 promptly of any changes to your registered information by contacting [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. a444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify a444 immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied. a444 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

a444 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at registration and at any point during your membership, including at the time of a withdrawal request. Verification documents may include, without limitation: a national identity card, passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank statement. Account withdrawals may be withheld pending successful completion of verification.

Members must not use any automated tool, script, bot, or software to interact with the a444 platform in any way, including for the purpose of placing bets, managing accounts, or exploiting any feature of the platform.

a444 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Approved Payment Methods designed specifically for Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and internet banking via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The list of Approved Payment Methods is subject to change; the current list is displayed in the a444 cashier at all times.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the cashier at the time of the request and may vary depending on the chosen payment method. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the member's account instantly in ordinary circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the financial institution involved. a444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Withdrawals are processed subject to successful identity verification. a444 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and the volume of pending requests. a444 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. a444 will not accept deposits from payment accounts held in the name of a third party. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

a444 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into a member's account where deposits are of an unusual size or frequency. This is a standard player protection and anti-money-laundering measure. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal restriction until the matter is resolved.

a444 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible members from time to time, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new members, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and IPL.

All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms set out in this clause and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all a444 bonuses:

• Bonuses are awarded at a444's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus offer is available to each eligible member once only, unless the specific promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are held in the Bonus Balance separately from the Real Money Balance. Bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be played through before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• a444 reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other behaviour designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process.

Members who do not wish to receive a bonus must decline the offer prior to making the qualifying deposit. Once a bonus has been credited to an account and the qualifying deposit has been used in connection with the bonus, the bonus terms are binding and the member cannot opt out retrospectively.

All bets placed on the a444 platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of ambiguity, a444's interpretation of any rule shall be final.

All bets are placed at the odds or game parameters displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the member. a444 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount is returned to the member's Real Money Balance.

Winnings from bets and games are credited to the member's Real Money Balance upon settlement, subject to deduction of any applicable taxes or charges as required by applicable law. a444 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or game at any time and reserves the right to suspend, modify, or withdraw any offering without prior notice.

All content on the a444 platform — including but not limited to the brand name a444, the platform logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other creative and technical elements — is the exclusive property of a444 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the a444 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the a444 platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the a444 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from platform downtime, technical interruptions, or system failures beyond a444's reasonable control.
• Loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Loss arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
• Loss of anticipated profits, expected winnings, or any other form of economic expectation not constituting a settled withdrawal.

Where a444's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, a444's maximum aggregate liability to any individual member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the relevant claim.

A member may close their a444 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account — after deduction of any applicable pending bonus obligations — will be returned to the member via the most recently used Approved Payment Method, subject to standard verification requirements.

a444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the platform.
• a444 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other form of criminal conduct associated with the account.
• The member has failed to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• The member has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• a444 is required to close the account by an order, instruction, or regulatory requirement from a competent authority.
• The member's continued use of the platform would, in a444's reasonable assessment, expose a444 to legal, reputational, or financial risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, a444 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, a444 may forfeit the member's balance, including any Real Money Balance associated with the breach, as a proportionate remedy.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising from or in connection with your use of the a444 platform shall be construed and governed in accordance with the principles of applicable law. a444 operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make representations regarding the legality of online betting or casino gaming in any specific jurisdiction.

It is the sole responsibility of each member to ensure that their use of the a444 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction. a444 does not provide legal advice and does not warrant that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular location.

Any dispute between a member and a444 that cannot be resolved through the standard support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. a444 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Where a formal dispute resolution process is invoked, a444's decision — following a full review of the relevant facts and these Terms — shall be final and binding, subject to any mandatory legal rights available to the member under applicable law.

a444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. All changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect member rights or obligations — a444 will take reasonable steps to notify affected members, which may include a notification displayed upon next login.

It is each member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version. The most recent version of the Terms is always the version accessible at a444.im/terms-conditions. a444 recommends that members bookmark this page and review it at least once per quarter.

Your continued use of the a444 platform after any amendment has been published on this page constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Any balance due to you at the time of closure will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Clause 5.
